I got their Boom3D software about two years back and set it up using my Facebook account. Everything was smooth sailing until I changed computers and had to reinstall it. Sadly, I hit a snag since they had turned off Facebook logins, which meant the app wouldn’t recognize my account. I tried contacting them several times to explain what was going on, but I got no help. It feels like they purposely disabled Facebook logins to push folks into buying the software again with a different login, which is pretty frustrating. It’s a bummer because, aside from this hassle, the software works great.

Honestly, this is the absolute worst customer service I've encountered. It feels like their only aim is to rake in cash from customers without offering any real help or fixing problems. I signed up for a subscription that ended up being useless, and even after I reached out for assistance, they kept dragging their feet, hoping I'd just throw in the towel. To top it off, they've completely ghosted me on my emails. Because of this, I've stopped using their app altogether and made sure to turn off the auto-renewal feature. If you've already bought something, I highly recommend you find a way to disable that auto-renewal option.

Honestly, the support is just not there. They totally overlook emails. I've been having a tough time with my Boom activation key, and the company has given me no help at all to sort this out.

I got their BOOM 3D audio equalizer software for Windows 10, and it was fantastic. I was really impressed. But after I upgraded to Windows 11, most of the features just stopped working. I tried contacting their support team three times about this problem, but I haven't heard back at all, and it's been a while now. So, I really recommend steering clear of this software if you're on Windows 11, especially if you think you'll get any help from the company.

Boom, created by Global Delight, was once fantastic but has turned into a letdown over the past year. At first, I loved using the app, but these days it just doesn’t work right. It keeps crashing after about 20 seconds of use. I tried contacting the developers for help, but sadly, they never got back to me. I’d recommend steering clear of this app if you’re thinking about buying it.

I picked up Boom 3D for both Windows and Mac, and I gotta say, it's a remarkable piece of software that I won't be uninstalling anytime soon. Each purchase allows for two activations, but they can't be used on different platforms. Still, the price is pretty reasonable, so it ain't a huge problem.

The customer support is nearly nonexistent, but to be real, it doesn't bother me much since the product is super easy to use.

A lot of computer brands give us subpar sound quality. Boom 3D turned out to be a simple and budget-friendly fix for that issue. Still, no matter how awesome a product is, if the support is lacking, we end up feeling let down. I recently tidied up my computer and, unfortunately, lost the app in the shuffle. Luckily, the customer support team came through for me. It took quite a bit of effort on their end, especially since I had bought the app back in 2016, and finding the right info was tough. But the team didn’t give up and managed to get the app back to working order. So, I really have to give props to this company for their fantastic app and excellent customer service. I totally recommend it.

Boomr really makes a big difference in audio quality, and it sounds super clear when I play it through my Macbook's small speaker.

If I had to point out a downside, I'd say it cranks up the volume for everything. Even with my in-ear headphones set to the lowest level, they still feel too loud for my taste, which can be a bit frustrating.

On the bright side, I found out that I can manage when Boomr kicks in for other applications like VLC, Safari, Chrome, and system sounds. I've switched it off for everything except VLC and iTunes. It can be somewhat of a hassle since the options only show up for programs that are open, but I reckon once I get used to it, it’ll be a lot smoother. Figuring it out at first was a tad tricky.

Other than that, I absolutely love the sound quality Boomr delivers. It's totally worth the effort to make movies and music feel like I'm in a studio.
